Phenol film is a special paper in which kraft paper is saturated with phenol-formaldehyde resin. The high density of the phenolic film perfectly hides the imperfections and roughness of the plywood surface during the pressing process and increases the product life cycle during operation, since the use of the film makes the coating resistant to various types of impacts. A low-density dye-free film applies for exquisite decorative products. When pressed, the film is transparent, which allows the drawing of wood to be seen on the surface of plywood. During the pressing process the film is transparent. This enables the wood pattern to be viewed on the plywood surface. Upon agreement with the consumer may be supplied with different colors and shades, and customer’s logotype.
