Film faced plywood is made on the basis of WBP plywood. A paper-based resin-impregnated film is used. The edges of the plywood on all sides are painted with a special weather-resistant paint on an acrylic base, which protects the plywood from moisture and swelling. The texture of the lined surface can be smooth or mesh.

Thanks to the film, plywood gets additional protection from water, mechanical damage, aggressive chemicals, alkalis and acids. This plywood is often used in construction and mechanical engineering as flooring, because the surface of the sheets can be washed with cold and warm water.
